Welcome to Luvemori. We offer promotional discounts and shipping benefits to make shopping for children's clothing and accessories more convenient and affordable.
These Promotional Terms & Conditions explain how our discount codes, first-order offers, qualifying order discounts, and free standard shipping promotions work.
1. General Promotional Conditions
All promotional offers are subject to the specific conditions displayed with the offer and the information accepted by our checkout system.
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, qualifying order amounts, product exclusions, usage limits, or campaign-specific validity periods.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, discount codes apply only to eligible regular-priced products.
Promotional products, sale items, clearance items, and products already offered at discounted prices are excluded from the WELCOME10 and SAVE15 discount promotions.
Please review the discount and final order total displayed at checkout before completing payment.
A promotion is not considered applied unless the relevant discount or shipping benefit is reflected in the checkout total.
2. First-Order Discount — WELCOME10
WELCOME10
Discount: 10% OFF eligible regular-priced products.
Minimum order amount: No minimum order amount is currently required.
Eligibility: Available for one first order per customer account.
Product exclusions: Promotional products, sale items, clearance items, and other already discounted products are not eligible.
The WELCOME10 promotion provides a 10% discount on eligible regular-priced products for a customer's first order.
Each customer account may use this first-order offer once.
This discount cannot be applied to promotional products, sale items, clearance items, or products already offered at a discounted promotional price.
Canceling or returning an order does not automatically restore eligibility for the first-order discount.
The discount does not apply to:
- Promotional or already discounted products.
- Shipping fees.
- Taxes or VAT.
- Import duties or customs charges.
- Gift cards.
- Other non-product charges.
3. Order Discount — SAVE15
SAVE15
Discount: 15% OFF eligible regular-priced products.
Minimum order amount: US$100 in eligible regular-priced products.
Usage: The offer may be used repeatedly on qualifying orders.
Product exclusions: Promotional products, sale items, clearance items, and other already discounted products are not eligible.
Customers placing a qualifying order of US$100 or more in eligible regular-priced products may use SAVE15 to receive a 15% discount on those products.
The SAVE15 discount applies only to eligible regular-priced products. Promotional products, sale items, clearance items, and other products already offered at discounted prices are excluded.
Promotional products are not eligible for the 15% discount and do not count toward the US$100 qualifying order threshold.
This promotion may be used repeatedly on qualifying orders, subject to the offer conditions and checkout acceptance.
The discount does not apply to:
- Promotional or already discounted products.
- Shipping fees.
- Taxes or VAT.
- Import duties or customs charges.
- Gift cards.
- Other non-product charges.
4. Free Standard Shipping Promotion
Qualifying order amount: US$75 or more.
Benefit: Free standard shipping.
Orders reaching US$75 qualify for free standard shipping in our supported delivery areas.
This promotion applies to standard shipping only.
Expedited shipping remains chargeable, even when the order qualifies for free standard shipping.
Our current shipping charges are:
- Standard shipping: US$7.99.
- Expedited shipping: US$12.99.
- Qualifying standard shipping: Free for orders of US$75 or more.
The free standard shipping promotion is separate from the WELCOME10 and SAVE15 discount codes.
The final shipping method, applicable charge, and transaction currency will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Combining Promotional Offers
The WELCOME10 and SAVE15 discount codes cannot be combined with each other unless a specific promotional campaign expressly states otherwise.
Neither discount code can be applied to promotional products, sale items, clearance items, or products already offered at discounted prices.
Products excluded from these discount promotions do not receive the additional percentage discount and do not count toward the SAVE15 qualifying order threshold.
The US$75 free standard shipping offer is separate from these product discount codes and may apply to an otherwise qualifying order, subject to the applicable shipping conditions.
The availability of other combined discounts depends on the specific promotion conditions and the combinations accepted by our checkout system.

6. Promotional Validity Periods
Some promotional offers may be available for a limited period or as part of a specific campaign.
Where a campaign has a stated start date, expiration date, or other time restriction, the applicable dates and conditions will be displayed with that offer.
Promotional availability is subject to the relevant campaign conditions and checkout acceptance.
Unless otherwise stated, an offer without a displayed expiration date remains subject to its availability on our website and at checkout.
The promotional terms displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
7. Returns, Cancellations, and Promotional Discounts
Products purchased using a discount code remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory consumer rights.
When an eligible discounted product is returned, the refund is generally calculated using the actual amount paid for that product rather than its original undiscounted price.
The WELCOME10 first-order discount is not automatically restored after an order cancellation or return.
Where an order is partially returned, the refund will be calculated based on the original transaction, the actual amount paid, and the applicable promotion conditions.
Promotional products remain subject to our applicable return and refund conditions, even though they are excluded from the WELCOME10 and SAVE15 discount promotions.
Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory statutory withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights.
8. Promotions Not Currently Offered
Unless separately announced on our website, Luvemori does not currently offer the following programs:
- Buy-one-get-one-free promotions.
- Gift-with-purchase campaigns.
- Customer loyalty points or point redemption.
- Paid membership or membership-tier discounts.
- Gift card sales or gift card redemption.
- Deposit-based or staged payment promotions.
- Subscription-based or automatically renewing discounts.
Our first-order discount is a promotional offer and does not create a paid membership or subscription.
9. Promotional Misuse
Promotional offers are intended for genuine personal shopping transactions.
We may review orders involving suspected fraudulent activity, repeated technical exploitation, unauthorized use of discount codes, or other misuse of promotional offers.
Where necessary, we may pause fulfillment and contact the customer to verify the relevant order information.
Any restriction or adjustment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
10. Changes to Promotional Offers
We may update or discontinue promotional campaigns for future orders.
Changes to an offer will not retroactively change the promotional terms already accepted for a completed order, except where required by applicable law or where an order contains a material error that must be addressed.
