When Can I Start Tracking My Order?

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number provided in that email to check your package's delivery progress through the tracking tool on this page.

Please keep in mind that the carrier may need some time to complete the first package scan and update its tracking system.

This means tracking details may not appear immediately, even after you've received your shipping confirmation email. If that happens, we recommend checking again a little later.

Can My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?

Yes. In some cases, an order may be shipped in more than one package.

If you've ordered multiple items, certain products may need to be shipped separately depending on inventory locations, packaging requirements, and shipping arrangements.

When this happens:

• Each package may have its own tracking number.
• Packages may ship and arrive at different times.
• You may receive more than one shipping confirmation email.

If only part of your order has arrived, please check your shipping emails for additional tracking numbers.

Why Hasn't My Tracking Information Updated?

If your order has shipped but the tracking status hasn't changed, there's usually no immediate reason to worry.

Packages may pass through several shipping facilities during transit, and not every movement is reflected in real-time tracking.

Tracking updates may also be delayed because:

• The carrier hasn't completed the first scan.
• The package is moving between shipping or distribution centers.
• Weekends or public holidays are affecting shipping operations.
• High shipping volumes or other transportation arrangements are causing delays.

We recommend checking your tracking status again later for the latest information.

If tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, or your package shows a delivery exception or return status, please contact our team with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate.

Can't Find Your Tracking Number?

Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.

If you haven't found the email yet, please check:

• Your email inbox.
• Your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
• Whether the email address entered at checkout was correct.
